At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are finale.
Item Inspection
Please inspect all items upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the concern and respond as quickly as possible.
Exceptions on damaged items
In the event an item is defective, or you received the wrong item, we will request the item to be returned with original tags, receipt, and unopened.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a credit is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a store credit/Gift card that must be used within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time to receive and inspect your item.
